General Manager/Assistant General Manager-Public Relations

  • Plan, develop and implement public relations strategies / activities to gain brand exposure.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for public relations / marketing / CSR programs and answer enquiries from media and the public.
  • Compose and distribute press releases to targeted media.
  • Prepare and manage the content of corporate website and production of publicity communication materials, promotional videos, etc.
  • Organize company events such as press conferences, exhibitions and press tours.
  • Generate publicity, monitor, analyze and compile reports on media coverage.
  • Maintain corporate image, foster good relationship with media and community through company events / CSR activities and involvement in CSR initiatives.
  • Resolve any PR issue and handle all crisis management.

Company Secretarial Manager

  • Managing and handling full range of company secretarial duties.
  • Organizing and assisting for Board, annual general meetings and general meetings.
  • Preparing board minutes, interim and annual reports.
  • Assisting in compliance with statutory, listing rules and corporate governance of the company.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for company secretarial matters.

Manager/Assistant Manager-Engineering

  • Supervise & monitor all engineering activities and the work of engineering personnel in relation to electricity, machinery, boiler, air-conditioning system, refrigeration system, building repairs & maintenance and project handling of office/plant/production equipments/facilities for all factories.
  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential suppliers/contractors for new machines/equipments/components pocurement in terms of price, installation, transportation, storage and maintenance plans as well as contracts negotiations.
  • Supervise all engineering personnel to carry out any engineering projects as assigned and provide technical support to Production Departments in relation to machine/equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Responsible to coordinate various engineering projects/activities with relevant departments so as to design a feasible working schedule on a timely basis in a cost efficient manner.
  • Assist to conduct trial test and inspect performance of new machine/equipment after installation to ensure the consistency with process design, specifications & standards and investigate/ propose corrective actions of problems and deficiencies.
  • Monitor the maintenance of materials/ production parts and assist to arrange the purchase of all necessary materials, parts, tools, equipments and components required for work orders and maintenance.
  • Carry out investigation for any problems/issues that may arise regarding machines breakdown, equipments & components sourcing and provide practical guidance & solution to all engineering personnel urging for immediate remedial measures/improvement.
  • Assist to conduct feasible studies in analyzing machinery problems of all plants’ equipments and provide practical solution/rectification for management review.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by superiors.

Assistant Manager-Production

  • Assist to oversee, control and monitor all activities in production plant so as to meet production schedule with quality products on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for preparing production planning by estimating appropriate manpower allocation, raw materials usage and production capacity so as to meet production target and delivery schedule.
  • Direct & supervise the work of production personnel, monitor actual production operation/procedures & standards of work regularly and maintain machine, raw materials inventory & labour efficiency.
  • Assist to review existing production procedures and work instructions in line with current practices and liaise with different interfaces in relation to production process seeking for quality/continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for preparing and providing training to co-workers/general workers in relation to manpower allocation, frontline supervisory skill, task orientation, safety, etc.
  • Monitor and supervise production personnel to perform general housekeeping and maintain plant/personal sanitation & cleanliness.
  • Investigate any production problems/issues that may arise regarding production, raw materials, product defects & machines breakdown with production/warehousing personnel and provide guidance in resolution of these problems/issues immediately.
  • Participate in cross functions projects or other ad hoc duties such as various management systems, machinery installation and renovation work of plant/production equipments/facilities as assigned.

Assistant Manager-Sales

  • Assist to achieve profit target from assigned sectors or key accounts per overall corporate direction/objectives.
  • Assist to review and evaluate sales figures & products stock at timely basis and provide proper solutions/strategies against dynamic environment.
  • Identify any possible dimensions for developing and expanding customer basis/distribution networks for assigned areas/categories.
  • Visit key accounts/customers at timely basis and act as a communication channel to capture dynamic market intelligence and resolve mutual problems so as to maintain company goodwill and optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Assist to prepare trading terms, list price and sales/promotional proposals/reports for management review.
  • Assist in sales and promotion planning/proposal through direct sales force in collecting market intelligence.
  • Assist to monitor and supervise sales merchandising team to perform daily sales & promotional activities and provide the standard of service required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Assistant Manager/Senior Officer-Research & Development (Food Labeling)

  • Prepare & handle labels for food products and ensure proper usage & control of all labeling materials.
  • Maintain accurate and accountable records of food labeling system.
  • Responsible for planning, direction and control of research and development activities in relation to modification of existing products/processes, product testing, raw materials testing, product development, packaging, labeling and technical research.
  • Design, plan, develop, lead and undertake project pertaining to development of new product or modification of existing products.
  • Participate in trial production and review, evaluate & consolidate information after trial test and draw recommendations for further improvement.
  • Responsible for designing development programs and conducting experiments to improve and develop new/existing technique/processing methods/formulations.
  • Prepare Research & Development test reports and design proposals for management review.

Assistant Manager-Marketing

  • Assist to plan, develop and implement all marketing plans/programs/activities in relation to website campaigns, social media platform, advertising, consumer/trade/sales promotion, in-store demo, public relations, events and new product development of assigned products from conceptual to implementation stage.
  • Prepare promotional reports/proposals and products presentation for internal/external interfaces and analyze reports timely for management review.
  • Liaise with internal/external interfaces in all stages of product design and promotion in terms of product concepts, marketing literature designs, product launch programs, in-store demonstration, product model change and new product development process.
  • Conduct market researches/analysis and collect/consolidate market information to capture any trends in consumer needs & buying habits, promotional channels, estimation of potential sales, potential markets and competitors’ strategies for management review and achieving company's objective.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by immediate superior.

Senior Officer/Officer-Management Accounting

  • Prepare standards and guidelines in relation to materials, labour and overhead allocation and analytical method.
  • Handle costing data inputs generated from various sources and collect users’ dept. feedback for future improvement.
  • Prepare management reports as per pre-fined/ad hoc requirements in comparing standard and actual result in relation to raw materials, labour and fixed asset values in various format at given time interval.
  • Communicate and cooperate with all levels so as to gather useful data for producing effective cost analysis.
  • Deliver appropriate cost management concepts to parties concerned to strive for smooth implementation.

Engineer/Assistant Engineer

  • Responsible to provide assistance for manufacturing engineering projects such as production plants construction, production line/machinery/equipment installation/renovation, engineering process modification, etc. in mechanical, electrical & building services aspects.
  • Assist to identify and negotiate with suppliers/contractors for the new project/machine/equipment in terms of price, installation, transportation, storage and maintenance plans based on company's requirements.
  • Assist in preparing layout designs/drawing and parameter settings/enhancements of new/existing production line per projects' requirements at defined schedules.
  • Conduct trial test to new machine/equipment after installation so as to ensure the consistency with process design, specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate various activities for projects with relevant interfaces in accordance with company's specific requirements.
  • Assist in any other ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors.

Senior Officer/Officer-Accounting

  • Assist in month end processing and closely monitor current account functions.
  • Prepare monthly accrual and reconciliation with payment.
  • Assist in preparation of accounts analysis & reconciliation and financial & management reports.
  • Perform any other accounting related duties as assigned.

Officer-Marketing

  • Assist to plan, develop and implement all marketing plans / programs / activities in relation to advertising, sales promotion, public relation, events and new product development of assigned products and ensure timely execution of these plans / programs / activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external interfaces in all stages of assigned product design and promotion in terms of product concepts, marketing literature designs, product launch programs, in-store demonstration, product model change and new product development process so as to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns as per superiors’ instructions.
  • Assist to conduct market researches / analysis and collect / consolidate market information to capture any trends in consumer needs & buying habits, promotional channels, estimation of potential sales, potential markets and competitors’ strategies for management review and achieving company’s objective.
  • Prepare promotional reports / proposals and products presentation for internal / external interfaces and analyze reports timely for management review.
  • Assist in other marketing activities namely premium house sourcing, premium design follow up, sample delivery and company sponsorship as per marketing project.
  • Participate in activities related to Integrated Management System such as periodic audit, meeting and ISO documents preparation & updates so as to maintain system compliance and feasibility.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned by immediate superior.

Assistant Officer/Assistant-Research & Development

  • Assist in research and development activities in relation to new or modification of existing products/processes, product testing, raw materials testing, product development, packaging, labeling and technical research.
  • Perform general clerical support/routine tests, namely sensory tests under close supervision to generate accurate data for analysis.
  • Support in materials sourcing, recipes and prototype preparation of new/modified products or process design/development.
  • Maintain samples management system of assigned categories.

Assistant-Legal

  • Assist to review, prepare, edit and handle corporate legal agreements, contracts, documents, reports, correspondences, litigation, arbitration and proceedings.
  • Conduct routine legal/regulatory research and compile data for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal/external interfaces in relation to the legal aspects/regulatory affairs and report to the management timely for review.
  • Provide administrative and legal support to the Department.
  • Update, organize and maintain systematic filing system for the Department.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Assistant-Human Resources

  • Responsible for Human Resources functions/daily operation such as recruitment and selection, staff training and orientation, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, personnel records, job description, etc. so as to ensure smooth operation.
  • Prepare various kinds of Human Resources reports and analyze reports timely for management review.
  • Support any other administrative duties/ad hoc projects as assigned by the superiors.

Buyer/Clerk-Purchasing

  • Source, maintain and update vendor database system based on past vendor assessment, pricing, quality and other useful information.
  • Participate in price negotiation seeking for optimum offer as per corporate costing strategies and constraints prior to managerment approval.
  • Ensure that all status reports on bid inquiries and purchase orders are submitted promptly and accurately.
  • Perform coordination and follow-up activities to contribute quality and quantity standards/requirements compliance of assigned categories.
  • Receive materials complaints and coordinate with relevant interfaces / personnel throughout the handling process.
  • Participate in activities related to Integrated Management System (e.g. periodic audit, meeting, ISO documents preparation & updates, etc.) so as to maintain system compliance and feasibility.

Assistant Officer/Technician-Quality Assurance

  • Undertake routine quality control tests/line inspection for raw materials, in-process control and finished goods as scheduled.
  • Responsible to consolidate raw data generated from tests/inspection as scheduled and ensure that the required accuracy, precision and repeatability are achieved.
  • Assist to prepare equipments setup for calibration and conduct data taking.
  • Perform duties such as storage and identification as per internal documents regarding samples generated from routine production and in various manufacture stages as well as control samples.
  • Perform general housekeeping such as cleaning of glassware and facilities for microbiology test and general maintenance of equipments.
  • Work closely with immediate superior and production personnel in participating external OEM suppliers/factories audit and internal audit.
  • Perform any reasonable and legal duties as assigned by immediate supervisor(s) & Dept. Head and follow laboratory safety practices.
  • Willing to go for business trip if necessary.

Clerk-Warehouse

  • Handle daily processing of goods/raw materials being received/shipped both within and outside the Company according to established procedure.
  • Maintain appropriate stock records of goods/raw materials and update inventory status of finished goods/raw materials.
  • Coordinate warehouse activities with internal/external interfaces for operation efficiency.
  • Coordinate with related parties for the delivery schedule and distribution of goods/raw materials.
  • Create, amend and update information of delivery schedule and inventory level via ERP system.
  • Perform regular stock check and provide other support to the department whenever necessary.
