The magic of ready-to-eat in 3 minutes

 

In 1971, at the age of 61, Mr. Ando came up with “method of middle retention” to keep the noodles stayed in the middle of the container firmly. Noodles will not be crushed easily during delivery and can be rehydrated evenly when steeped in hot water.

Mr. Ando invented Chicken Ramen when he was 48 years old. He invented Cup Noodles at the age of 61.People criticized Mr. Ando that he was a late bloomer.

 

He replied,

  • “It is never too late to do anything in life. You can have a new beginning even at the age of 50 or 60.”
  • “Looking back at my past, my life is full of ups and downs. The experiences of hardship and suffering strengthened me to succeed in critical time.”
