1. Hot-Serving

Microwave: Cut off wrapper. Place Udon into microwavable container with about 30 ml of ambient temperature water and place it in the centre of microwave oven. Heat at high power and serve.

Microwave Power Output: 800W

Heating Time: About 3 min 20 sec

Please vary heating time depending upon your microwave oven.

 

Boil: Cut off wrapper. Place Udon into about 500 mL of boiling water and cook for about 1 minute 30 seconds, and serve. Suggest to cook for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds if softer texture is preferred.

 

2. Cold-Serving

Cold Udon: Cut off wrapper. Place Udon into about 500 mL of boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes, cool down udon with water or ice water and serve.
