Cooking Direction
- Open lid part (1) to dotted line. Put udon in the bowl, pour boiling water to inner line. Close lid and wait for 1 minute, then mix well.
- Tear off the water vent part (2). Slowly drain water from the bowl. CAUTION HOT WATER!
- Remove lid. Put the japanese style fried bean curd and condiments in the bowl, pour boiling water to inner line again. Add seasoning sauce and mix well. Finally add shichimi powder, ready to serve.
