1. How to join

From 14 February 2025 (09:00) to 14 March 2025 (23:59), customers can log into their members’ accounts through the Nissin Foodium WeChat Mini Program (the “Mini Program”) and scan the QR codes on the inner lids of designated Nissin Cup Noodles to participate in the “Scan to Win with Cup Noodles” Lucky Draw (the “Promotion Event”). Participants will have the chance to win limited edition gifts or membership points. Prizes for all. The more you buy, the more chances you get. Join us now!

 

2. Promotion Event organizer

This Promotion Event is organized by Nissin Foods (H.K.) Company Limited (the “Organizer”).

 

3. Promotion Event period

• Promotion period: 14 February 2025 (09:00:00) to 14 March 2025 (23:59:59)

• Lucky draw period: 14 February 2025 (09:00:00) to 15 March 2025 (00:15:59)

 

4. Eligibility

• Members who have successfully registered with the Mini Program.

• Within the promotion period, check the “Scan & Draw” page of the Mini Program and scan the QR code on the inner lid of any designated Nissin Cup Noodles* to receive one lucky draw chance (and receive two chances by scanning two QR codes and so on).

• Use your lucky draw chance for an instant lucky draw with the Mini Program. Prizes won will be displayed immediately after each lucky draw. Any unused lucky draw chances will expire automatically at the end of the lucky draw period.

*Refers to the full range of Nissin Cup Noodles with QR codes printed on the inner lids (including Cup Noodles Regular, Big Cup Noodles, Cup Noodles Mini, and Cup Noodle Original Series)

 

5. Prize

All prizes in the Promotion are “instant prizes”. After each lucky draw with the Mini Program, participants will instantly know what they have won (the “Winner(s)”). Prizes include Cup Noodles’ limited-edition gifts or member points as follows:

Prize 1: Cup Noodle Robot Timer 1 piece, market reference price HK$300 (99 in total)

Prize 2: Cup Noodles Plush Bag 1 piece (random style), market reference price HK$120 (400 in total)

Prize 3: Cup Noodles Double Layered Glass 1 piece (random style), market reference price HK$99 (400 in total)

Prize 4: Cup Noodles Figurine 1 piece (random style), market reference price HK$80 (500 in total)

Prize 5: 100 member bonus points (1,000 in total)

Prize 6: 60 member bonus points (2,000 in total)

Prize 7: 3 member bonus points

Prize 8: 1 member bonus point

6. How and when to redeem prizes

 

6-1) Physical gifts

Winners are required to collect their prizes in person at the designated locations during the designated Prize collection period. No prize collection by others is allowed. Prize Winners are required to show the relevant messages about the prizes won with the Mini Program as proof for prize collections. Screenshots are not acceptable.

Prize collection period: From 12:00, 01 March 2025 to 19:00, 31 March 2025

(Winners will be deemed to have forfeited their eligibility for prize collection and will not be compensated for late collection, and the final decision will be made by the Organizer.)

Notes:

- All prizes come without warranty, are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and not for sale.

 

6-2) Extra bonus points

The member points earned by the Winner will be automatically credited to the accumulated bonus points in the Mini Program and will be valid for 365 days from the winning date.

 

7. Points to note for the Promotion Event

 

7-1) Customers must log into their members’ accounts through the Nissin Foodium WeChat Mini Program and scan the QR code on the inner lid of any designated Nissin Cup Noodles to participate in the Promotion Event (the “Participants”).

 

7-2) All times involved in the Promotion Event are subject to the reception time of the Mini Program server.

 

7-3) The Organizer has the right to verify the eligibility of the Participants and make decisions within the scope of the law. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a user from participating in the Promotion Event and winning the prize without prior notice if it is found that the user has used any improper means to participate in the Promotion Event under the following circumstances and will inform the user of the reasons for such disqualification in an appropriate manner:

a) Participating in the Promotion Event without complying with these terms and conditions of the Promotion Event;

b) Violating laws and regulations;

c) Providing untrue data or information during the course of participation in the Promotion Event.

 

7-4) There is no limit on the number of lucky draw chances earned by scanning QR codes for each member’s login, but the maximum number of times a member can use a lucky draw chance to proceed with instant lucky draws is 20 per day.

 

7-5) Each QR code can only store one lucky draw chance corresponding to the designated product, and at the same time, members can earn points by scanning the same QR code once on the "Scan" page.

 

7-6) The Organizer shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Winners in the collection and use of the prizes if such damages or losses are not caused by the fault of the Organizer.

 

7-7) If the Winners are unable to collect the prizes due to personal reasons, the Winners shall be deemed to have forfeited the prizes, and the Organizer shall not make any form of compensation.

 

7-8) The Organizer accepts no liability for errors in the information submitted by participants or delays in participation in the lucky draw due to force majeure reasons such as instability of Internet transmission and recommends participants to participate in the Promotion Event again at another time.

 

7-9) The competition conclusion statement will be announced on 21 March 2025 in the Hong Kong Economic Times and The Standard.

 

7-10) The Promotion Event is only applicable in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

 

7-11) In case of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions of this promotion, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

7-12) Images are for reference only. The actual products shall prevail.

 

7-13) In case of disputes, the decision of the Organizer is final.
