Manager/Assistant Manager-Engineering

  • Supervise & monitor all engineering activities and the work of engineering personnel in relation to electricity, machinery, boiler, air-conditioning system, refrigeration system, building repairs & maintenance and project handling of office/plant/production equipments/facilities for all factories so as to ensure smooth daily operation of the plants.

  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential suppliers/contractors for new machines/equipments/components pocurement in terms of price, installation, transportation, storage and maintenance plans as well as contracts negotiations based on Company’s requirements.

  • Supervise all engineering personnel to carry out any engineering projects as assigned and provide technical support to Production Departments in relation to machine/equipment repairs and maintenance whenever necessary.

  • Responsible to coordinate various engineering projects/activities with relevant departments in accordance with Company’s special/specific requirements so as to design a feasible working schedule on a timely basis in a cost efficient manner.

  • Assist to conduct trial test and inspect performance of new machine/equipment after installation to ensure the consistency with process design, specifications & standards and investigate/ propose corrective actions of problems and deficiencies.

  • Monitor the maintenance of materials/ production parts and assist to arrange the purchase of all necessary materials, parts, tools, equipments and components required for work orders and maintenance.

  • Carry out investigation for any problems/issues that may arise regarding machines breakdown, equipments & components sourcing and provide practical guidance & solution to all engineering personnel urging for immediate remedial measures/improvement.

  • Assist to conduct feasible studies in analyzing machinery problems of all plants’ equipments and provide practical solution/rectification for management review.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by superiors.

Manager-Management Accounting

  • Prepare standards and guidelines in relation to materials, labour and overhead allocation and analytical method.

  • Handle costing data inputs generated from various sources and collect users’ department feedback for future improvement.

  • Prepare management reports as per pre-fined/ad hoc requirements in comparing standard and actual result in relation to raw materials, labour and fixed asset values in various format at given time interval.

  • Communicate and cooperate with all levels so as to gather useful data for producing effective cost analysis.

  • Deliver appropriate cost management concepts to parties concerned to strive for smooth implementation.

Manager-Public Relations

  • Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.

  • Liaising with people internally and externally, answering enquiries from media and the public.

  • Composing and distributing press releases to targeted media and for uploading to company website.

  • Preparing and supervising the production of publicity communication materials, promotional videos, etc.

  • Organizing company events including press conferences, open days and press tours.

  • Collating and analyzing media coverage.

  • Fostering community relations through company events and involvement in CSR initiatives.

  • Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.

Assistant Manager-Internal Audit

  • Prepare internal planning process, audit programs and procedures.

  • Review of financial, business, operational and IT processes and complete compliance audits.

  • Carry out independent audits to identify deficiencies in internal controls and risk management, and to make appropriate recommendations for improvement in control, operating efficiency and/or operating effectiveness.

  • Prepare internal audit reports and provide recommendations to improve the company performance or effectiveness.

  • Follow up and monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.

  • Perform compliance check for statutory requirements.

  • Maintain effective working relationships with management and stakeholders.

  • Perform other ad hoc assignments from management.

Assistant Manager-Sales Planning

  • Provide administrative support for sales planning functions in relation to sales forecast, inventory estimation, sales budget analysis (local & export products), projections and estimation of OEM products production at defined interval or whenever necessary.

  • Monitor all sales and promotional expenses, sales data and OEM products production as well as sales budget evaluation (local & export products) and react promptly for any review/changes whenever necessary to meet specific requirements and due dates.

  • Handle and monitor products distribution, delivery schedule and stock inventory level for the factory and react promptly for any review/changes whenever necessary so as to ensure a smooth flow of delivery process and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Liaise with internal/external interfaces in all stages of sales, cost, projection data coordination as well as reports generation and presentation.

  • Prepare daily sales reports of all products and profit & loss reports of promotional plan and analyze reports timely for management review.

  • Input & summarize sales data and maintain all computerized historical sales data in an organized manner.

  • Assist to supervise the work performance of subordinate and provide guidance / assistance to subordinate in resolution of daily work / routine problems / ad hoc assignments if necessary.

  • Participate in category management and other related special projects if necessary and perform other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

  • Participate in activities related to Integrated Management System such as periodic audit, meeting and ISO documents preparation & updates so as to maintain system compliance and feasibility.

Assistant Manager-Sales

  • Assist to review and evaluate sales figures by SKUs at timely basis and provide proper solutions/strategies against dynamic environment.

  • Identify any possible dimension(s) for developing and expanding customer basis/distribution networks for assigned areas/categories.

  • Visit customer at timely basis and act as communication channels in promoting goodwill, resolving problems amongst customers.

  • Assist to prepare trading terms, list price and sales/promotion fund proposal/summary for management review.

  • Direct sales force in collecting market intellengence which is useful for sales and promotion planning.

  • Support in corporate management system concerned issues, execution of promotional strategies and any other tasks as assigned by superior.

Assistant Manager/Senior Officer-Research & Development

  • Responsible for planning, direction and control of research and development activities in relation to modification of existing products/processes, product testing, raw materials testing, product development, packaging, labeling and technical research.

  • Design, plan, develop, lead and undertake project pertaining to development of new product or modification of existing products.

  • Participate in trial production and review, evaluate & consolidate information after trial test and draw recommendations for further improvement.

  • Responsible for designing development programs and conducting experiments to improve and develop new/existing technique/processing methods/formulations.

  • Prepare Research & Development test reports and design proposals for management review.

Officer/Assistant Officer-Marketing

  • Responsible for all product management activities of new/modified products for assigned categories per defined procedures/guidelines.

  • Monitor marketing plans, gross profit of assigned SKUs and react promptly for any review/changes necessary to meet specific requirements and due dates.

  • Prepare product presentations for internal and external interfaces and analyze reports timely for management review.

  • Liaise with internal/external interfaces in all stages of product design and promotion in terms of product concepts, marketing literature designs and product launch programs.

  • Conduct market researches to capture any trends in consumer needs, promotion channels and competitor strategies for achieving company's objective.

  • Manage and control expenses budget and cost in terms of advertising, promotional activities, public relation and events within stated budget.

  • Monitor and motivate performance of subordinates by supervising, educating, coaching and training.

Sales Executive/Representative

  • Assist in preparing and analyzing market intelligence data, sales and promotion reports and cost analysis reports at defined intervals promptly.​

  • Work closely with other MSD colleagues in preparing presentation materials regarding trade marketing activities, new products launch and sales & promotional activities at timely manner.

  • Visit customer occasionally per defined route plan(s) or ad hoc projects so as to collect dynamic market data / feedback for further analysis and maintain Company goodwill.

  • Liaise with key chains in organizing promotion events' logistics for ensuring that the predetermined schedule could be properly achieved.

  • Handle customer feedbacks in cope with various internal interfaces and assist to initiate reply per internal guidances to optimize customer satisfaction.

 

Engineer/Assistant Engineer

  • Responsible to provide assistance for manufacturing engineering projects such as production plants construction, production line/machinery/equipment installation/renovation, engineering process modification, etc. in mechanical, electrical & building services aspects.

  • Assist to identify and negotiate with suppliers/contractors for the new project/machine/equipment in terms of price, installation, transportation, storage and maintenance plans based on company's requirements.

  • Assist in preparing layout designs/drawing and parameter settings/enhancements of new/existing production line per projects' requirements at defined schedules.

  • Conduct trial test to new machine/equipment after installation so as to ensure the consistency with process design, specifications and standards.

  • Coordinate various activities for projects with relevant interfaces in accordance with company's specific requirements.

  • Assist in any other ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors.

Senior Clerk/Clerk-Production Planning & Materials Control

  • Calculate consumption of raw materials and update inventory status of raw materials/finished goods.

  • Assist to plan, prepare and update material requirements based on production schedule by determining the quantity and date of materials are needed.

  • Coordinate with related parties for the delivery schedule and distribution of raw materials/products.

  • Create, amend and update information of production orders/outputs, delivery schedule and materials consumption  via ERP system so as to ensure data accuracy in ordering process.

  • Prepare monthly Production Planning & Materials Control report and process purchase requisitions.

Assistant Officer/Assistant-Research & Development

  • Assist in research and development activities in relation to new or modification of existing products/processes, product testing, raw materials testing, product development, packaging, labeling and technical research.

  • Perform general clerical support/routine tests, namely sensory tests under close supervision to generate accurate data for analysis.

  • Support in materials sourcing, recipes and prototype preparation of new/modified products or process design/development.

  • Maintain samples management system of assigned categories.

Assistant Officer/Assistant-Export Sales

  • Coordinate with customers for orders negotiation and feedback collection so as to promote goodwill and update current food export regulations or practices. Receive overseas orders of assigned areas via various channels and consolidate prompt monthly export sales report.

  • Prepare export/import shipping documents e.g. Invoice, P/L and Manufacturer declarations, Certificate of Origin and etc., shipment schedule and arrangement aiming for cost efficiency and compromising customers' requirements.

  • Contact China and OEM suppliers for orders confirmation, delivery schedule and prepare prompt monthly import sales reports.

  • Assist superiors in preparing annual sales forecast and prepare monthly rolling sales forecast status reports for management’s review so as to adjust sales strategies promptly.

  • Participate in group management system operation, e.g. periodical audit and meeting, ISO documents preparation and updates, so as to maintain appropriateness and feasibility.

  • Liaise with government bodies such as Custom Dept., Industry and Trade Dept. and etc. in certificate applications, plant visits and enquiries for operation updates.

Assistant Officer/Technician-Quality Assurance

  • Undertake routine quality control tests/line inspection for raw materials, in-process control and finished goods as scheduled.

  • Responsible to consolidate raw data generated from tests/inspection as scheduled and ensure that the required accuracy, precision and repeatability are achieved.

  • Assist to prepare equipments setup for calibration and conduct data taking.

  • Perform duties such as storage and identification as per internal documents regarding samples generated from routine production and in various manufacture stages as well as control samples.

  • Perform general housekeeping such as cleaning of glassware and facilities for microbiology test and general maintenance of equipments.

  • Work closely with immediate superior and production personnel in participating external OEM suppliers/factories audit and internal audit.

  • Perform any reasonable and legal duties as assigned by immediate supervisor(s) & Dept. Head and follow laboratory safety practices.

  • Willing to go for business trip if necessary.

Clerk-Sales Planning

Part-time Clerk-Accounting

  • Assist in month end processing and closely monitor current account functions.

  • Prepare monthly accrual and reconciliation with payment.​

  • Assist in preparation of accounts analysis & reconciliation and financial & management reports.​

  • Perform any other accounting related duties as assigned.
